• Basis: Indicative FOB Mumbai/JNPT for ≥500 kg per item (mix-and-match allowed); rates exclude freight & insurance.
• Retail packing adder: + USD 0.40–0.80/kg for printed pouches & secondary cartons.
• Lead time: 7–12 business days ex-factory after PO + artwork freeze.
• Quality: HACCP/ISO 22000, FSSAI compliant; metal detection; pesticide MRLs & aflatoxin/heavy metals as per destination norms.
• Key cost drivers: crop seasonality, ASTA color/volatile oils, percentage of high-value spices (cardamom/mace), grind size/mesh, and packaging.
• FOB Port : Mumbai / Nhava Sheva (JNPT)
• MOQ : 1 MT mixed SKUs (min 100 kg per SKU) – flexible for trial
• Lead Time : 7–12 business days ex-factory after PO & artwork freeze
• Private Label: Yes – custom recipe, grind size, and packaging
• Packaging : 25 kg multilayer food-grade bags; 1 kg / 500 g / 100 g retail pouches
• Shelf Life : 9–12 months (cool, dry, <25°C; protect from light)
• Certifications : FSSAI, HACCP/ISO 22000; APEDA registration; Spices Board membership
• Quality    Metal detection; aflatoxin & heavy metals per FSSAI/EU limits; pesticide MRLs on request
• Pricing Basis " Indicative FOB for ≥500 kg per item; excludes ocean/air freight, insurance, pallets
• Cost Drivers : Crop seasonality, ASTA color/volatile oils, % whole spices (cardamom/mace), mesh size, packaging
• Retail Packing Adders : Add USD 0.40–0.80/kg for printed pouches + secondary carton
• Payment Terms : Advance/LC at sight for new buyers; net 30–45 days for repeat (subject to credit)
